Cerno International Advisory is a boutique real estate brokerage and consulting firm, focused on properties, investment and development opportunities in the Netherlands and United Kingdom for clients throughout the world. Through a myriad of brokerage services, we serve institutional and individual investors as well as family offices, funds, developers and contractors on deal in a range of asset classes.   

Born and raised in Rotterdam, Marvin has lived abroad almost half his life and has accumulated an enviable network of international clients. With a career spanning over two decades in Executive Search, he decided to not just match talent with demand, but find creative and opportunistic solutions to his clients' real estate aspirations and strategies. A true broker at heart, he works to deliver a bespoke and personable service in all the projects and assignments entrusted to him.
